Shipping policy

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • All 50 states within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.
  • U.S. Territories.
  • Internationally

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
  • Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • We currently offer the following shipping options:
    • Standard Shipping (5-7 business days)

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • Due to legal restrictions, we are unable to ship certain items to specific locations. If this applies to your order, we will notify you.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes due to carrier restrictions.

6. International Shipping

  • At this time, BrutalFightz ships Internationally.

7. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

  • BrutalFightz is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly.
  • If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at brutalshopify@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will do our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

8. Incorrect Addresses

  • BrutalFightz is not responsible for orders that are undelivered due to incorrect addresses. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs.

9. Shipping Policy Changes

  • We reserve the right to modify this shipping policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website.
